Blocked Drains
Most commercial sewer drain problems are the result of a build-up of grease and food particles. We will attend at your location, diagnose the problem and resolve it. Our vehicles are fitted with the latest high pressure jetting units and our engineers are fully trained in their operation.

CCTV Camera Surveys
Identifying the cause of a problem is not always easy and underground blockages are harder still. At Unbloc we are never in the dark. Our High Definition CCTV detection equipment saves time and money. A survey will determine what and where your problem may be, and tell us the best way to solve it.
Gutters & Downpipes
Not all problems occur underground! Rain water pipes and soil stacks require ladders or elevated platforms to safely access and carry out necessary works. Our staff are fully qualified, enabling them to work at heights, therefore ensuring that all health and safety regulations are complied with.
Root Removal
If you have trees near to your property, roots may well invade your drainage system. This not only results in blockages but can also cause damage to pipe joints, which can in a worst case scenario lead to collapse and considerable expense. Our trained engineers have specialist equipment to cut and remove roots, without the need for costly labour-intensive digging to gain access to the problem.
Contract Maintenance
Our clients look after some of the most prestigious sites in the country and whilst doing so, appreciate the value of planned, preventative maintenance (PPM). When managing buildings and sites with tight budgets, it is vitally important to predict outgoings as precisely as possible. Agreeing a maintenance contract will do that.
Waste Removal
Having our own fleet of tankers gives Unbloc an advantage in the waste removal industry. We are licensed to dispose of all types of liquid waste. Our tankers come in various sizes, some low enough to enter underground car parks, enabling easy access to most properties. Even if the waste is contaminated we are licenced to carry and dispose of the waste in conformance with EA regulations.
Fat Removal & Grease Traps
Fat and grease management is a major concern for many of our clients. A lot of people wouldn’t think twice before pouring hot fat down the kitchen sink, not realising that further down the drainage system, it will solidify and cause blockages. Tanker Services
With our fleet of tankers, Unbloc are able to get into low-roof car parks and perform gully clearances and cleaning. All manner of debris can get into gullies, namely leaves, litter and dirt. We will vacuum out the mess, leaving your gullies, drains and grates clear of obstruction. Whether you have a permanent septic tank or a temporary cesspit, we have the ability to empty it for you.
M&E Installation & Maintenance
Regular maintenance of pumps, levels and control panels is highly recommended. The most frequent cause of pump failure is through lack of regular maintenance and care. With this in mind, Unbloc employ a team of qualified engineers, meaning that we can provide both mechanical AND electrical maintenance for your pumps.
Drain Excavating & Re-lining
At Unbloc we can handle far more complex situations than blockages. Using the latest technology and up to date methods, our trained specialists are able to re-line piping, rather than excavate old pipes. This process is relatively new to the industry but where it can be used, it has become an invaluable alternative to intrusive excavation. We can restore all lengths and sizes of piping.
